What is it about quick thinking from our right backs and a Dutch player being on the finishing end of it :)

Great second half comeback, both in performance and sheer mental strength. I am getting to a point where I am not sure what am I looking forward to most - the actual 90mins game or post-game Klopp hopping around bear-hugging and appreciating our players and giving fist bumps to the crowd! What a coach! What a personality!

Hello Reds.

Barring a major smokescreen, it's looking likely that Kostas will sign for the Reds. However looking at his current involvement in the Olympiakos and Greece team it's difficult to see how he will take a backup roles and be content with playing less than half a dozen games in the entire campaign (he played over 40 games this season) . Which leads me to my question - do you think he is capable of rotating with Mane for the left wing position or slotting in at left wing with Mane sometimes playing off the right and may be that's a tactic which could be explored to give him more game time while also giving the wingers some much needed rest?

I could be wrong but in a season or so once the excitement of joining LFC wears down and the lack of game time starts sinking in, he might start craving for a change. Thoughts?

Been a while since I have posted, but seeing the draw got me excited and scared, both at the same time. Well I guess that's the life of a Liverpool supporter. You just never know what to expect!

But the more I think about the draw, the more I am settling for in its favor;
1. One reason for me, which not a lot of people might agree with, is the proximity. We are at the deep end of the season and have very little time to recover between matches. Having the team you are playing against just a stone's throw away helps with that jn between games travel and recovery.

2. The more I am thinking about it, I am liking us being drawn at home first and away second. City is bound to score against us and I would hate it if City got away on a scrappy away goal in the second leg (IF we were at home second leg) . Us being away from home in the second leg will push us to get that away goal and City being at home will have to play their expansive football (not that they would play any other style anyways), and we all know we have a better chance of scoring against attacking teams than otherwise. I feel more comfortable knowing that if we manage the first game well, City will be the ones under pressure to not give away the 'away' goal.

3. I want us to be facing the Real Madrids/ Barcelonas/ Munichs of the world in the FINAL :) . It would just be a bummer if we beat these guys in the quarter final and then have had to play City in the FINAL ;) (As you can tell by my last point, I am an optimistic guy)
