Really pleased we’ve got Fabinho. I like that (1) he improves the first team (2) he’s a good defensive midfielder (3) he can cover for TAA - keeping Trent at RB next season (4) he can cover or replace Henderson if injured or not on form or needs a rest (5) he’s tall so will help out at set pieces and (6) he has CL experience and he’s won a team title.

Good transfer window. Melwood will hopefully feel like a tighter group now. I can't wait for the first home game and to see the redeveloped stand. I know it's probably easier to build a new stadium but I love the fact we'll remain at Anfield.
