Why are we constantly rewarding poor players, mignolet is the worst keeper we have ever had and he is here for another 5 years. Why is ward not at least getting a chance to fail which i honestly don't feel he would.
{Ed002's Note - That is a question for Klipperty.}

Is it me or are the fa being money grubbing so and so's for not moving the sunderland game on 2 jan. The fact that bt sport have power to move the city game on the 31st to a time that suits them financially and the club has no say.
I know klopp will find a way to rotate the players to manage two games in less than 48hrs but it begs the question why are the fa putting clubs in that position in the first place.
Its all about the money and it sickens me, is that what football is just about now.

I have to say i loved the last goal we scored, sturridge really wanted to score and he made that goal albeit from his deflected shot.
But i have to mention i was very pleased with karius, he looked more himself during this game and was unlucky for the goal against him which he could do nothing about. Hope he continues to grow in confidence and get better as we go on.

Ok so i just read this nonsense from sterlings interview with 442.
“It was just about the players that were here, †he said.
“I could name 10 or 11 who have played at the highest level - people like Sergio Aguero, David Silva, Yaya Toure.
“For me to develop my game I’ve got to be playing with the best and that’s why I came here. â€
So is he implying he did not develop at all over the years he was with us. I also have not seen any difference between the way he played with us to how he is playing now. Still hit and miss in front of goal and inconsistent in his performances for both club and country.
I know footballers are not famed for being candid but for once i would like one to just be honest and say he left for financial reasons. He left to get a hike in pay and a big payday and it also helped that his huge ego was being stroked by his muppet agent.
I would just love us to take the league this year, i would just love it. That is all sorry for the rant.

I have to hold my hands up and say i was wrong about klopps handling of sakho. Although i like what he does outside of the club i can see how him basically deciding he can do as he pleases can cause disharmony and be quite devisive.
Im not saying sakho should not have an opinion, but i would have more respect for him if he took it up with klopp in private instead of bleating to the world on social media.
He got off pretty lightly considering the debacle with the failed drugs test and most people would have been grateful to get off scott free and get their head down and work hard.
Its a shame but matip has shown he is not irreplaceable and that will be the last time he kicks a ball for lfc while klopp is in charge i fear. And frankly he can only have himself to blame.

Out if interest is there a specifc reason why we are playing on a friday instead of a sunday for instance?

Not sure why we passed on Remy, I feel he would have been an excellent option for us but for some inexplicable reason we passed on him.
Brendan a great man, not so sure about that tbh! He spent the summer buying players to undermine our youth and not addressing the obvious problem areas such as dm and keeper positions. Then decides to scrap the approach and tactics that nearly won us the league the previous season. Not to mention not being able to sign a suitable forward with 116m to spend.
Two scrappy wins do not constitute a turnaround for me, although i welcome them. I however will not advocate rodgers because i think he is too stubborn but i too hope the man turns it around for the clubs sake.
Me too strangely enough!😊
But surely he can only improve by getting game time and learning how to play with his team mates and learning how to play in the league. Does not make sense playing an even more error prone johnson there or do what he pleases enrique. Same with Can who had a couple of really promising games then nothing?
{Ed044's Note - I'm not disagreeing. 'Rested' for a game after a silly mistake is no big deal, but he still warrants a place above both Johnson and Enrique for me. I expect to see Can play this weekend...}
Is he yet another player being brendaned, makes you wonder why we spent the whole summer negotiating for the bloke!
{Ed044's Note - perhaps it's meant as a wake up call? His all round play has been full of vigour, but he has had several costly lapses.
On the other hand, he's young, and I can think of several others who have offered less so far.....}
Yeah surprise that eh...only took one third of a season for brendan to work out what we have all been saying since the start of the season.
