We've been so wateful lately against Man United. I don't get it. It's not as if they have an intimidating aura about them. They're average. Unfortunately, it's not in our hands anymore.

Look it's not the end of the World still on 70 points with Arsenal. It was Old Trafford we all knew they'd up their game against Liverpool. We go again. Hopefully some of our idiot fans leave Jarrell alone. They're not real Liverpool fans.

Sadly
In a season where utd has been utter crap and losing just about to anyone, we didn't even beat them once
The match was for the taking, should have been out of sight by HT but we gifted them 2 goals (yes, the 2nd came about due to poor defending that allowed the chance though it should also be noted 2 players that just got subbed on where involved in the play, so. sigh) .

I don't think we can catch up to Arsenal's GD, can only hope we keep winning and they slip up somehow, especially against their London rivals
I don't see City dropping any more points and so if Arsenal or us don't win every remaining game, it'll be City's title again

The most frustrating part? Utd were utter crap and we didn't win (it's almost like karma for the 7-0 and 9-0 aggregate we had for the last couple of years) and we didn't learn from 3 weeks ago - wasteful with chances and losing concentration that allowed them back in. We'll see if there are any more twists and turns left.

Look as I said earlier should have been out of sight at half time and then gifted utd a way back into the game we got a draw which was the least we deserved but our attacking players all have to look at the chances we somehow anaged to miss or screw up Arsenal and City would have put them away and that is why I feel we will come up short in the title race we wouldn't finish our dinner.

Played probably the worst utd team of all time and our record shows played 3 drawn 2 lost 1 speaks volumes really. So so disappointed that we couldn't put them away and then had to fight tooth and nail to get back into it. Just not acceptable lads if you want to win the league you just have to be more clinical and we have been guilty in so many games of wasting clear chances please god Jota is nearing full fitness as at least he knows where the goal is and god do we need him badly.

Sickening game with absolutely awful mistakes costing us.

Fair play to Quansah for putting on a string performance after a horrendous mistake. Shows his mettle that he will be a top player but can't lie, I do wish Klopp went with the experience of Konate today. He'll learn and be better for it in the long run but that was seriously costly today.

You can also look a Nunez and that guilt edge chance and Salah is off it at the moment. So it's not just him.

United are our boogie team this season.

There's a long way to go so we are still in it but it will be tough. I think we are playing the worst of the three at the wrong time of the season. Really hoping we can get Jota back ASAP and hopefully he is on the form before he got injured. Trent and Alisson too. We need our top players now as I have absolutely no doubt, the only way we win the league is winning every game between now and the end.

Sickened today. Feels like a Gerrard slip moment today with Quansah.

Hate to say it but I think there goes the title. Not a knee-jerk reaction but to win leagues you need to win games like this. Should have been over after 30 minutes.
To let United back in was shocking but not surprising.

We have genuinely let the worst Man Utd team in memory wreck our season. I’ve felt hopeless as a Liverpool fan at times but I’ve never felt quite as angry as this. We have allowed a Man Utd team that play like a team from the 1960’s beat us in two of our most important games of the season.

One thing I hope Klopp takes with him is the set of bumbling clowns in our attack that have lead to this. Salah can go with them - the man needs 10 chances to score - while Darwin and Diaz have a combined IQ of about 35.
I’m prepared for any criticism from posters on here and all I’ll say back is that these players deserve to walk alone for now. They’ve let us down against our fiercest rivals.

Then again, Liverpool have become a club where falling at the final hurdle and suffering heartbreak in humiliating circumstances is par for the course. Shameful.

Hi all, unlike our previous front 3, the current group of forwards really splits opinions. Salah, should he stay or should he go now. Jota, better than we thought he would be, but can he stay fit. Nunez, love the energy but can finish the easy ones. Diaz, again great energy but is he just running in circles. Gakpo, looks off the pace and what's his position.

Personally I love Nunez, respect Salah, have grown to love Jota, feel sorry for Gakpo (Not been given a chance in his favoured position) and have been most frustrated by Diaz (although recently he is improving) . It's all about opinions on this one and I'm sure we'll all have our own favourites.

I don't normally care too much for stats, however with forwards, goals and assists are what they are there for. My issue with Diaz is his indirect running, spending too long on the ball allowing the opposition to regroup and a lack of end product.

The stats:
Salah: Goals - 22 Minutes per goal - 111 Assists - 12
Nunez: G - 18 Mpg - 146 A - 12
Jota: G - 14 Mpg - 112 A - 4
Gakpo: G -14 Mpg - 169 A - 4
Diaz: G - 12 Mpg - 241 A - 4

Diaz was brought in to replace Mane. Mane was more direct with his running and more efficient with the ball. Diaz looks wonderful and he puts in a shift BUT he's there to score or provide scoring opportunities for others. For me, at 27, he's not giving us enough in that position. I really do love the way he plays football for us, but in this case the stats don't lie. I know he had a traumatic situation with his family and some injuries. Even so, for me, his decision making is poor. He dribbles the ball too much, a la Grealish, and his finishing is average. Bradley has more assists this season. I wish I was wrong on this one.

Opinions are divided on the front 5, what do you think?

Karate kick to the chest but no penalty as the player got the slightest touch in the ball.

Lamptey also gets the slightest touch on the ball but it's not enough of a touch so a penalty is given.

Can the clowns in charge please decide what is what.

Next time, Macca should maybe also fly through the air like Superman.

Im surprised with the club knowing long before the fans and media Klopp's decision to step down that they didn't use that time to nail down his replacement. Now we won't be getting our number one target and will be in a battle to get out 2nd choice.
