No interest in either as Liverpool are not able to afford either unless something creative happens on the finance side of things. We moved out of tchoumeni deal early Last year as we baulked on the price.
we carry a couple of big debts on our books and those definitely need to balanced before we can even begin imagining 100mill+ worth player
We also owe a significant sum (20million odd) for a couple of players we bought in previous windows which needs to be balanced
And with our campaign looking dead this season so additional incomes in winning cups or leagues this year seema unlikely
All in all highly unlikely we would be able to afford a 100 million signing without taking more debt but there are some creative ways to go about it. However our American owners are very primitive in their cash exchanges and really don't take significant risks at the expense of the club like other clubs do. So I don’t expect them to shell out 100million on a single player
We don't have players to sell that will recoup even 1/ 3rd of it. So its even more unrealistic.
However if we win the league and CL that extra money may be used to add a 100million player. Doesn’t seem likely.
A lot of fsg proposals to inject cash into the business have already fallen through.
So honestly i don't see a big summer of 2023. You can blame klopp for the midfielder issues as when money was made available he decided to splash it on nunez which was not the need of the hour at that particular time.

Some players got to be dropped fir coming weeks
Salah - is out of ideas and shooting boots are off. A bad patch since january. Could do with rest and have his mind off the game
Vvd - severely off pace and seems to have lost a yard
Milner - age is showing
Fabinho - atrociously out of form

We have options to replace all these
Salah - jota/ elliott
Vvd - matip
Milner - thiago arthur
Fabinho - bajetic

Klopp himself needs a rest he looks absolutely out of ideas and depth. I said it last season despite being so close to winning everything we won the relatively smaller things and that really hurts sometimes and this team is playing on motions of last season rather than on hunger to do it again.
Also some players are just absolutely knackered. This won't change without changes to team.

I think FSG think that we have a good chance to get haaland and hence not going to give the salah the money he wants.
That or they are just a daft bunch of gooners.
