About 60 hours remaining of the transfer window now and it doesn't feel like a whole lot is happening but that is often the case with Liverpool transfers so you never know what will happen!

I see the FA/ PGMOL are trying to prevent us getting to the final of the league cup by putting Simon Hooper in charge for the second leg!

I wonder how many sendings off he will invent or legitimate goals he will disallow this time!

The guy was so bad they had to change the refereeing process and he is rewarded with a cup semi final!?

I see Howard Webb (and therefore PGMOL) have finally admitted that the Odegaard handball against Liverpool was a penalty.

Phillips looks to be back on the table.

I've never been keen on us signing him but for the right price could be a half decent option if we can get him fit and keep him away from the pies.

He has the huge bonus of being homegrown so would leave the door open for a possible CB addition!

I see Liverpool has been stripped of it's World Heritage status. Although not the only reason, it would appear that Evertons new ground was a major factor! Oops.
