Good result from an injury hit Liverpool. I know its not 10 or 12 injuries like Liverpool, spurs n United last year etc. but 5 for arsenal or City is "injury hit"! No wonder we've not won more leagues with all those injuries. Imagine the day city or arsenal have 10 injuries. #bitterred.

I'm sure this doesn't come as surprise. but I'm confused. Pgmol have been justifying decisions by saying we are relying on the on field decision. unless its clear and obvious.

Is the Jones penalty that? Some think it's a pen? Less don't? We keep being told players need to control their follow through? Why is has this threshold not been upheld here?

City goal. same as above. Is it clear n obvious? Micah Richards thinks not?

Pgmol will justify both decisions. I have no doubt. but forget the teams involved. Are these really clear n obvious?

Kept my powder dry till the window closed. Happy with some of the outs, but a bit concerned with incoming. and our general transfer tactics.

We have needed a 6 for 2 years now and yet we don't have one. Given the importance of the position, it is pretty poor.

Last year, we had to replace the whole midfield, how did this happen? I appreciate Saudi money took away a few unexpectedly, but we already knew we were losing some. Contingency plans? We got lucky and the purchases pretty much worked. But that shouldn't paper over the fact we were in that position in the 1st place.

The "opportunistic" transfer policy smacks of bargain hunting. I want us to buy the right players, not just someone because of their price. We've got a 12 million winger when we are well stacked up front, but it's alright its a good price!

How about we identify our targets based on our needs and their fit into the team. We make more money than 99% of teams in world football, there is little excuse for such frugal attitude towards improving the team.

I do like the careful approach, but £ isn't the stat that should dictate our purchases, or lack thereof.
