Afternoon Red Men,

Hearing that Keita is potentially leaving in the summer, I have to say I wasn’t too disappointed. I remember when he signed that I thought he could be great, he looked quick, scored long range goals in Germany and looked like a proper box to box player and he just never could get going for us.

Great to see not Naby Keita and Thiago on the training pictures today.

Feared for another long term injury when Naby went off on Sunday. Onwards we go, Brighton play well but to have won the games we have recently no time to slow up now. Bring on Saturday.

Although, being a big rugby fan aswell, think my boys are in for a hammering against the All Blacks Saturday night. Let’s have one good result at least.

Gotta say, looking at the tier 1 teams we could draw in the Champions league, fancy our chances against any of them.

Hopefully our tier 3 teams will be favourable aswell

Just a post to say how great it is to see our top players committing to the club on longer term contracts. For me it’s such a difference to waiting to see if there was any Torres, Suarez or coutinho news when we all knew they wanted to go (why I actually sympathise with Spurs fans at the minute) .

Also, seen a couple of posts on here knocking the owners. Now I don’t even pretend to know half of what they are like actually, I can only trust what I read from the Ed’s, but I do see a new training ground, anfield be expanded, a team that has won the European cup and the premier league. Not all bad in my book. Yes I’m envious of city and Chelsea throwing the money away, but Liverpool is a different club. Who wouldn’t want the top players in the world but we take them on being who we are!?

Just my thoughts anyway, but I’m a red always will be.

Any news on pre-season plans for the guys?

I love watching Wales dominate the euros as much as any Welsh man but can’t wait to see my mighty reds win the league next year 😂
