Sarr confirmed to Chelsea, destined for a loan away this season. Looks like a great young talent!

Seems odd for a young player who was assumed to be wanting regular football with whoever he signs with to then sign for a team who plan to loan him straight out.

I assume that either they have sold him a good development plan and/ or have offered to pay the most in wages/ signing bonus.

Only time will tell!
