Congratulations to Man City on their title.

I can't pretend to be the biggest fans of them however, they are the only team who've struck real consistency in the 2nd half of the season.

Maybe if Tuchel had arrived at Chelsea earlier he could have gave them a run for their money this season but i still think that's a stretch.

No need for any salty-ness, Man City dropped off last season and I genuinely didn't envisage them winning the title this season. In comparison, we've fell off a cliff and hit every rock on the way! 😭😂.

Just have to face the reality, even if it is Thursday night football next season. The great thing about football is you always have next season to put it right.

Ah well, the jeopardy of football, potentially being in the Europa League is better than that Super League crap 😝.

Ighalo to United on loan! 🤣🤣 I remember when only small clubs use to loan players 😉 reminds me of the days when we were linked with players like Carlton Cole! 🤣 Thank god those days are behind us! Another 3 points tomorrow on our cruise to the title.

I've seen a lot of united fans trying to draw comparisons to the mighty reds over the course of the season, whether it be Ole to Jurgen, their front 3 goals tally compared to ours.

So I thought i'd draw my own comparison of our 2 great clubs. Man Uniteds most historic seasons of all time, the season you never stop hearing them banging on about, the treble winning season. At this stage of the season, that team had only amassed a grand total of 41 points. This Liverpool team are on 64 points 😍 Different levels 😉 Have a great day reds!

Apparently Rashford, Greenwood and Martial have scored 39 goals this season whereas our world class front 3 have only scored 38 😱😱

I guess that's what stat padding against farmers on a Thursday night does for you 😉🤣 bring on Sunday! 👊.

Only positive I can pick from today is Thiago.

Was on the pitch for about 18 minutes an was head and shoulders above everyone.

Whilst all our midfielders opted to play sideways today he instantly threaded the ball through the lines, switched play to the left and right effortlessly, clipped inch perfect through balls over the top of Newcastles back line.

Also was quick to loose balls, won basically every aerial duel despite him being about 5ft 8 tall.

Can we please have this man fit for a substantial period of time 🙏.

Christmas can be a amazing time of the year but also a extremely lonely time for some, not aided by the world we currently live in.

Another big game tomorrow! In my opinion a real potential banana skin! West ham with draws against Spurs and City, a loss against Arsenal that they'll feel they should have got a point or better in that one.

Antonio far from the most technical footballer but a real handful with his physicality, real test for Rhys Williams, Nat Phillips or Henderson at CB who even knows at this stage! 🤣

I personally hope we resort back to our usual 3 in midfield in this one, Soucek an Rice in the middle of the park are very solid for the Hammers an I feel the extra man will be of benefit! Hopefully Thiago is good to go 🤞Up the reds!

I've seen a few people mention it but I would also advise people to watch the 30 year wait documentary!

If anything it should make you feel more grateful for where we are now!

10 years or so ago we had Hicks and Gillett. In the documentary Hicks allegedly said at one point in his tenure "buying Liverpool is no different than buying shares in Weetabix".

I don't condone violence but I genuinely wanted to reach through my TV and you can probably work out the rest!

Although FSG aren't perfect, at least they have given us a platform were we can compete and win all the things we want. Yes we may not be able to afford a Kai Havertz or Sancho but how many teams can?

We have a squad with genuine quality all over the pitch, which we haven't had for 30 years hence why we didn't win the league for so long!

As much as I'd like to add a cherry on top of the cake in Thiago let's just wait an see how things pan out an be grateful for what we have.

Jesus Christ we have the traditional season curtain raiser tomorrow.

We're Premier League Champions and have every chance of replicating that this season.

We're in the hands of the best manager in world football currently.

Stop worrying about things that haven't even happened yet, and might not at all.

There's a lot to be excited about this season if you let yourselves so relax a little 😌 up the reds.
