Was thinking about Ben Davis the other day and remember reading when he first started for Preston he played left back, don't know how he played but with tsimikas looking at options Ben may be able to cover 2 positions. Supposed to be quick and good left foot. Anybody seen him play lb?

Been watching how sterling been growing into his strikers role and how his career has developed he reminds me of messi. Makes me very excited for next season thinking of messi, sturidge and coutinho up front unstoppable!!

Think it would be good if fans started to get more behind b r again team seams to have turned a corner and playing some very entertaining football again. Was rightly critised earlier in season but needs credit for realising his errors. Even about half the transfers will be good players for us over the coming years and emre cann Will become awesome!!

A question for the eds or posters, with us already having 4 wide players and Jordan ibe coming back who would sell to fund buying players to balance the squad. Assuming a buyer could be found. 4 wide players is plenty.

{Ed044's Note - regardless of BRs future/available funds etc, I think most people are in agreement that we need a GK to push/replace Migs. We have plenty of 'wide' players, if we sell one (or more) I would hope we would not replace like for like. For me, BRs reluctance to play Borini makes him the obvious choice to fund a decent A GK. having said that, the club don't seem to think like me ...}

Hi, first time poster here, been reading all the posts for about a year and thought would add my two pence worth. Think there has been plenty of mistakes made with b r reign but would like to see people give him a chance till end of season because the attacking play last season is the best way to attract more supporters. Success breads success and with maybe 3 or 4 signings with some of the younger players coming through could start to become a force again.

The obvious players out to raise funds, then quality gk after that scherneiderlin " sorry spelling" him with hendo cann and sometimes rossiter would be very strong. Think sterling and ogri could back up sturridge, already got enough good wide players.would like to see ilori given a chance.

{Ed044's Note - agreed. Particularly on Ilori.}
