How have Man City got Haaland for 52 million and Phillips for 42 million?
Are they creatively accounting again?

I did the Stadium Tour today and I really enjoyed it. Tour Guide Terry made it most enjoyable. I really enjoyed the museum visit as well I either didn't know or had forgotten that Liverpool are the only team in UK with an original Champions League trophy in our possession as all the rest are replicas. You have to win 5 to be given an original. Bumped in to John Barnes on the way out. He has lost some weight.

One advantage of this Afcon is that Mo may realise how much the Liverpool team create for him, and how a different team might not.

Anyone fancy Van Arnholt as Robbos back up? I thought that he would have been a decent signing last year and now he is on a free.

Hi Guys
Great result last night coincided with Liverpool getting a bit of luck.
RBL header that came off the post and went behind Alisson would surely have gone in last week, and the two goals where defenders made big mistakes were also lucky.
But we haven't had any good luck for a few weeks now so we were due for some.
Has anybody actually seen a definitive picture of the ball being over the line when Mane pulled it back for Firminho to head it in.
The pic that I saw last night on BT sport did not convince me that the whole of the ball was over the whole of the line.
Well Done Reds let's keep it up.

I can not wait for a full Anfield again.
We are definitely missing our 12th man.

Having recently promoted Jordan Henderson to an LFC hero, I cast my mind back to previous LFC heroes of mine, the list goes back a long way, and they may be a hero of mine because of how they played or how they looked, they are not in any particular order apart from my first LFC hero being the one and only Tommy Smith, who is one of only 2 that I have ever met and spoken to.
