Been so busy today, completely forgot about the match. I pleasantly saw the score 4-2. Burnley scored first, I wonder how many liverpool fans had mini heart attacks. going to go watch the highlights now.

I thought lallana would be a good player for us but he has been dissapointing and after last night I realised he is a really really bad footballer. might as well been a man down. could have used someone like allen instead, a guy who knows how to play football.

btw is ibe injured? this is why I question klopp. he's putting faith in the wrong players in my opinion, and the only factor that seems to matter in his selection is work rate. Sturridge is the only exception because klopp can't turn down his quality.

just looking at aguero and sterling stats. They have 11 goals and 1 assist between them. turns out strikers in general don't like to assist much. The problem is, our strikers are also are best assisters. so there is always going to be tension to who gets to score. they always assist when it matters but salah left it a little close at times last season but it never dropped us points. this seasons been pretty good.

I keep watching the 4th goal over and over. I don't think klopp will ever drop trent in big games again. what's Origi worth now? 50 mil? He's one of those players that does great in a great team or poor in a poor team. He works for the team and if the team does their job so does he. He's a workhorse with speed, height and strength and an eye for goal. A great weapon to have in the arsenal even if he's not that great with the ball at his feet. we can't have it all. As for wini, I think his price tag just doubled too. None of these guys would leave anyway.

klopp just said firmino won't be ready on wednesday. looks like a front 3 of origi mane and salah. midfield will probably be milner, hendo, wini. It looks like milner was rested for barca.

When we went a goal down we needed to bring off fabinho who is not good enough for high pressing as he's too slow and barcelona players can run rings around him. If we set up as the counter attacking side, fabinho is perfect but when we are chasing a game, he makes us fragile. I hope it doesn't take klopp another year to figure this out. If we stand any chance in the second leg the midfeild has to be ox, wini, hendo. I know ox is a gamble but keita looks to be out injured.
