Collectively woeful tonight. Not to single out 2 players but in my opinion, I want more technical abilities as a number 6 and Sobz just ain't a centre mid. Been saying it for weeks.
We need to play through the lines better, quicker and take more risks.

Is it a confidence issue. Why have we been so laboured for games now.
Why don't we pass forward or get the ball on the half turn in the pockets.
Is it a lack of movement?
I don't care about the league right now. I just want us to play some decent football. It's been a while.

Do people expect Klopp to say "yes we are after a centre back"?
Come on. Puts clubs on alert, attracts interest from other clubs, clubs put prices up etc etc.
The lower key we are, the better. Stop guessing and being so nieve. Just wait.

This also gives us the option to go back to the 433. To me Caicedo is 2 midfielders in 1 so we don't need another. Makes complete sense.
If there's enough in the pot for another centre half. Then perfect. If not I think we might see us going back to Trent at RB. In Caicedo we now have the protection to allow Trent to move down that right side more and Robbo down the left.

It's the lack of control that concerns me the most. It's still pre season of course but today's game highlights the same issues we had last season. We play like it's all or nothing. With the players we have, we should have better control.
I'm seeing so many instances where players don't don't whether to stick or press. there's an unsureness to the way we play.
I remember the recent gone years where we used to be so patient in our build up. Waiting for teams to overcommit and then playing. It's all abit too frantic too quickly and too often for me. I know it's important to move the all quickly but it's got to be those right moments.
Losing the ball in these moments are causing a lot of issues. More calm heads needed please.

Robertsons position next year. Any thoughts?
I'm presuming Klopp will stick with the inverted which I wish he wouldn't but as we presume he will, will Robertson be the left of the 3 at the back or if we sign a left sided centre half can we find a position further forward on the left. Would it suit?
