Folks just to keep everyone outside of Ireland in the loop. A few arrests were made in relation to the audible tragedy chanting from the Stratford Eve yesterday. It’s been reported and covered here in Ireland. Sky seemed to have focussed their attention on Jurgen walking out of an interview.

Again the doom and gloom merchants are out in force. Did anyone here really believe, I mean really believe before the Barcelona game that we would score four against Barcelona and not concede without Mo and Bobby. I’m sure most people like myself only hoped it was possible.

This team is far from done and until it’s mathematically impossible to retain the title league is not lost. We play a game on Sunday that if we win we are back to four points behind. There are a lot of points to be played for yet.

The moaners will always moan, the rest keep believing please.

YNWA.

Ed's its a long read so won't blame you if you don't post it. In the early 90's I travelled to Wales with my family to visit my brother, who was in college. My dad got tickets to Liverpool at home to Forest, wasn't a great game Steve Stone was best player on the park, until Jan Molly hit a 70 yard pass to the feet of a full speed Barnes.

After the game we were getting the bus back to the city centre, my dad was talking to a few local lads about the game. As we got on the bus these local lads legged it down the street away from the city. I thought to myself wtf are they at, when my Da went to pay the bus driver and realised he had been pick pocketed the reason for the dickheads running was clear.

For a min I sat looking at my visibly upset Da explaining to the bus driver what happened, I couldn't believe that a Liverpool fan would do that to another fan. The bus driver made an announcement on the bus to ask anyone who saw what happened to come to the front of the bus.

An old lady who was on the bus came up to my Dad and tried to give him a ten pound note, he kindly refused but she grabbed his hand and forced him to take it. A few other people on the bus did the same. I grew up loving everything about LFC, for that few mins on the bus, I was rapidly losing the love, until these acts of kindness by total strangers, whose only connection was they all loved the club.

My Dad is still a huge Red, my sons are reds, my wife is due or fourth next week and all going to plan the lfc baby grow will be getting some use. My point being for every dickhead fan, there is a bus load of genuinely nice compassionate lovely people. I hope they are able to identify the gob persons that tarnished the name of the club on wed. They should get jail and a lifetime ban from the club, for causing the damage abd more importantly having no regard for the safety of their fellow fans.

P.S. I've always hoped that the three dickheads got a bad batch of drugs or whatever they bought with my dads hard earned cash and died roaring.
