The poor performance against a very poor team at Man U. Did not bode well.
Atalanta are just above mid table.
We are now out of this competition.
Liverpool lost their mojo when Klopp announced he would be leaving.
We could not cope with their man marking system.
As proved against Man U. Liverpool couldn't hit a bull's bum with a banjo.

Many of the midfielders mentioned in Liverpool transfers will not come to us for a host of reasons. Richer clubs, warmer destinations etc
Instead we should concentrate on the players who really want to move to us and the young ones we actually have on our books. Elliott, Carvalho, Trent etc. Bellingham has his heart set on Liverpool, if reports can be believed. Mount is unlikely to leave Chelsea and a number of other targets are looking at big salaries and Champions League football.

The stats for tonight's match tell a different story. Man U 30% Liverpool 70%. Sharpness in front of goal a problem.
I don't take a lot of notice of football scores during the cricket season.

No supporters en masse.
A cruel amount of injuries to key players.
Producing a run of poor form.
I feared this a while ago. We could have gone 5 points clear, but, draw, draw, draw.
Bobby's form is not great.

They are very good players, but have underperformed at Chelsea.
I still believe that the lack of supporters at Anfield and injuries are the problem. Something that must be addressed.
