Disappointing result had load of chances 2 put game 2 bed but just didn't have composure needed.
Diaz+nunez v good players but just lack composure in key moments in the big games. Arsenal + city just that bit better in them moments.

Good win don't think we were that great bar last 25mins of 1st half. In saying that forest v negative, didn't come out until they 3 down. Vvd looks back to his invincible best.

A v tough game that and we probably lucky enough to get the win. V difficult team to play against with there man marking game. they Bit like atlanta the way they play, who we struggled against as well.
Szobo played much better 2nite I thought, vvd v good as well. Salah 2 moments of brilliance the difference between the 2 teams.
Great 2 get the 3pts all in all.

V good win and we played some super football going forward. Grav, konate, vvd robbo, diaz v good.
V concerning how easily bournemouth could get at our back 4,far 2 easy for them. 19 shots conceded ain't good at home in particular, a better team will punish u with half the opportunities. Great goal from nunez should do him world of good.

Vindicated by Arne Slot whose interview just now on the LFC Channel said we needed our goalkeeper today more than any other game so far this season. The most dangerous team we have faced this season also he commented.

They were only a few inches away from two goals, which is the length of Beckers Pecker so the Girls say!

Pity nearly all the posters on here disagree with the Liverpool Manager and the very few amongst us.

Very interested to see how we perform tonight and react to Saturday game. At end of last season the way we fell apart concerned me as regards the mental toughness of players, the general consensus on here was that klopps departure had taken its toll at end and that why we ended season so poorly. I'm not so sure on that but I think we need to see a strong reaction from players tonight, which should happen if your a strong willed team after a v poor performance the game before. At end of last season 1 performance was worse than the previous 1. Not necessarily saying we need to go out and win tonight, as it will be tough game, but we need to see players stand up and be counted, not fall apart after a bad day at office after a good start.

1st 50-55mins I thought we average enough but played v well after that, some class moves. Konate + grav excellent all game. Trent, szobo, robbo, diaz good as well. salah got better as game went on as well.
Defensively we look a lot better so far.

Jones endo mac. Salah nunez gakpo.
I'd go with that 2nite. Robbo I think will need to step out considering we play again sat morning and he played quite a bit recently. I hope gakpo stays in has looked decent of late. Jota being out is a hammer blow.
