Not sure why Klopp dropped Nunez and Sallah for Fulham, it made the difference, the players in won the game. I don't get why other than Jotta being injured Sallah or Nunez deserved to start ahead of Gakpo, how did Jones start ahead of Elliot Gravenberch or Endo? The changes cost us the game and of coarse Nunez missed an absolute sitter as usual, at no stage were we in any form of control of the game. Klopps sealed his legacy by dropping in form players for out of form players. Bad night.

Klopp left Dortmund with the burn out and take a year off part of that, he's pretty much said the same here. That don't really tie in with the new contract he's basically resigned a year and a bit into a new 4 yr deal, the teams flying the future is bright. We don't know what goes on at FSG and the comercial level but bean counters seem to have too much say. Klopp called their bluff on the super league that must have p. ed em off. He once said if they ever alow cameras into my changing room to film me i will resign. Well this week anounced a fly in the wall documentary to be filmed with access all areas. You can imagine the scenario, Klopps said in November if you go ahead with this i go, they have thought about it and said ok let's go ahead and see what he does, well guess what. he's going, sorry but Klopp going now with the team flying him building a new team don't add up to being burned out i need a break it adds up to some fker trying to play russian roulette with Klopp. Fkn bean counters.

The world cup was heavily influenced by the Quataris, they have seen the power of football and want to be involved. Their increased interest in prem clubs and particularly Liverpool is also an indication the Superleague scenario is still there. The real reason FSG want to sell a stake rather than the whole club may well be they too are still holding out for the superleague which goes some way to explain why Klopps not being backed. Klopp could well be a casualty in all this.

There was an interesting stat during the game, we are well ahead of the top 4 in shots on goal by a long way. Bearing this in mind and with all due respect to our front men, with a natural goalscorer which are rare i think we are in with a shout and could have won the lge. Gakpo and Gravenberch were good today, the foul on Macca was a yellow minimum, that decision stank apparantly the player did not use enough force for it to be a clear and obvious error by the ref. What was they wanting a broken leg? Blood, Macca subbed?

In specific situations like the Jones red the ref sees the video and makes a decision, to have different people for different situations opens it up for mistakes, in rugby the ref and video official talk it through and the ref says can i see something where i can award the try. In this situation they have removed the ref from the decision making and handed it to 3 people 2 var and the video guy, between them they all came to the wrong decision. The 4th official is closest to the onfield screen what's his role? he's a ref he is ideally placed to review onscreen decisions and physically relay them to the ref or it could be done by the ref, if there's going to be human error it has to be on the pitch by the onfield officials var boys hung the ref out to dry. Play must stop until there's a multi person yes or no from var to the ref to the point where its conclusive the right decision is made. Rugby and cricket have it spot on and i don't get the prem there's an arrogance that football can not be managed that way that its bigger and better and more important. Saturday showed how wrong they are 4 decisions went against liverpool the 2 reds the goal the 2nd yellow for a spurs player oh and maybe a 5th Spurs integrity, there can not in anyway be one person on the spurs team who did not realise the refs had screwed us out of a goal, wheres their integrity. No its the brilliance of their performance that got em 3 points that's their integrity.

Diaz was a yard onside, there's no excuse for getting that so wrong no need for lines on the pitch it was clear on tv to everyone so why not to var.

Lost the tie at Anfield, Real just needed to turn up, they got the luck on the night. If i was Klopp i would seriously look at Trent he is at the moment off it and neither a right back nor a midfielder. Teams like Real get the luck with crafty fouls. Today the final ball screwed us. The game was gone would rather him try Elliot and Carvaliho than Milner and Jotta but its gone, the utd result showed what they can do and Bournmouth is hard to explain but this tbh was expected.

My concern would be Fsg somehow hang on rather than sell and use the current form and demise as a means to refuse to back Klopp it seems they seem to feel they have backed him. Klopp gone they have no need to buy Bellingham or spend the money Klopp is demanding be spent. Seems to me the current form has taken the spotlight off Fsg and their reluctance to spend .
