Does anyone think that this summer of all summers is the window we can afford to be least active in, at least in the sense of trying to buy starting players? With the inevitable shortened pre-season, having a settled side, one I might add which is outstanding based on the last two seasons, must be advantageous to trying to gel a new 1st XI together?

I wonder if there’s a chance that we will see an inverted window and that January may see more business than the summer, if there is more economic confidence and certainty regarding the virus by that point? We kept our powder dry last season and money has been spent on infrastructure, perhaps a similar approach over the summer will benefit us in the long run?

Hypothetical question, what would happen if ref went over to the pitch side monitor to review a decision, off his own bat. Would he just get benched for future games, would the replay actually be shown to him?

what a great season, what a hell of an effort from the team to take this to the last day. Massive congratulations no matter what to the whole club, a truely superb performance. As for today, que sera sera.

Well played spurs, great heart and guts shown by them. If I’m honest I didn’t want to face them in the final, they’re a very good side especially in a one off scenario and Moura has been on fire these last few weeks.

Yes we will have to play the best we have played this season to win the final.
Spurs will think as we do that it's their year especially after the City last minute goal being disallowed and then scoring a last minute goal last night.
This is the worse situation for potential problems with fans .
Let's hope it's a win for the Reds and no major fan problems.

Just looking at the champs league fixtures and I think it isn’t the worst way that those fixtures could have fallen. PSG at home first, well if we win that we’re on the front foot and in a strong position, then the middle fixtures against the theoretical weakest team (I’m not going to pretend I know the 1st thing about them though) but win those 2 back to back and we’re on 9 points and then finish with a home game. They could have fallen worse than that, of course it’s only all on paper but I think it helps our chances. We just have to play the right football on the pitch!
