Worth noting that as soon as Endo came on yesterday PSG's chances suddenly stopped being in the box and were last resort, frustration-type outside of the box strikes. I hope Slot sees that, in some games, Endo should play.

Everton played an u20's match ve Wigan at their new stadium - first game at it - first goal is by Wigan and the scorer does the '6 times' gesture! Comedy gold.

Not Liverpool related but City just signed Savinho for a knock down price of 30mil. Was bought by one City Group club, loaned to another, then sold to City on the cheap. And this is all legal. What is the point when clubs are able to do this? I don't know why it is legal or allowed, it is a detriment to the game and to the fairness of it.

HEgazi apparently not facing any further action for his punch on Danny Ings as a panel of former referees were unable to reach a unanimous decision as to whether it was violent conduct or not. Apparently a mitigating factor was that Hegazi did not appear to use that much force. Couldn't make it up - weak referees before retirement, weak in retirement - entire system wants changing.

Henrik Larsson played in the Scottish league and was still good when he moved to Barcelona - a good player is a good player period, Dembele is young with much potential though which, in the current market, would mean he would usually cost about 50 million. I agree 20 million seems fair, sure others will come looking for that price - would Celtic sell though?

If we're not interested in Cunha then we should be, cracking player and just scored another excellent goal.

The way that game was officiated it was clear Oliver had an agenda. Everton were allowed to be physical - we were punished whenever we breathed on them. They were given free kicks for dives, we were denied free kicks for genuine fouls (Salah one at the end was disgusting) . The time added on was a joke and clearly beyond what it should have been. The failure for both Oliver and VAR to penalize the blatant push on Konate - which stopped him winning the header, leading to the goal - was spineless, but after how the game had been officiated, unsurprising. It was as one-sided officiating as you could ever hope to see, and once again we are on the end of awful decisions. It doesn't feel like we get a fair shake, it feels like we are at the mercy of the whims of the referee. Everton fave will love it, but had the shoe been on the other foot they would be livid, as would any team. If you want to see what cheating looks like watch this game.
Everton were deserving of a draw overall, but teams are competing against each, not against each other and an official.

I don't know what is happening with Trent, but the media are really trying to stir the pot. The reporting on the BBC is a joke, I hope we stick together as a team, club, fanbase, as it seems those outside of it are doing their utmost to sow the seeds of discontent.

Strange game vs Wolves, we never looked particularly good but we never really gave up any meaningful chances either. Overall a good start to the season - apparently the best by a new manager in our history - but really still feels like we're waiting for the players and the system to really click. A run of games against high level opposition will give us a better indication of where we are at but so far, so good. Will say as well that we've often lost games we've played badly in away from home - we managed to grind that out, a good skill to have but hopefully not one we need to rely on too much.
