Game went how I expected it to go today. but no point calling the squad players out in a game like today. we needed to see them when the games really mattered during the season n not without all the changes today. I think the last 3 games will be of similar ilk. n who can blame them, we've won the league.

ALISSON, Kept us in the game today. the speed he's out at defenders feet when they're through is amazing. no other keeper as good as him .

We just look extremely tired atm . Newcastle deserved the win. not going to start pointing fingers n say he never played well etc but we don't play now till the 2nd April. we need them 2 weeks to reorganise, I know players r off on internationals but different environments can help. get over this line in the league as quick as we can, starting with hammering the blue noses.

Just been to see Jota's tributes outside Anfield, even though its a sombre scene . its also a lovely thing to see. all the cards, flowers, teddy's even play station controllers, n messages from everybody is really touching. people were just silently paying their respects,

Just read something in the Echo about wolves chairman sayin he was sorry they sold Jota . he said at the time its was either Jota or Adama Tarore to be sold . but the interesting bit was he said Jota was injured a lot at the time . out for 2 months then back then out again etc. I didn't know that he was always injury prone . surely the people who do checks on players should know this.

Just looking at who could finish top 4 . I'd love any of Newcastle, Villa or Forest to get champs league places esp if 5 are allowed this year . all good proper teams . be a great end to the season if Citeh n Chelski miss out.

Surely if anyone fancies a bet . now is a good time for Liverpool to get beat by Brighton. Slot in Ibiza (nearly on the decks ) VvD, Alisson n co are actually on the decks, well on a yacht in Dubia. not sure if they've been training but they're definitely in their holidays now . worth £50 fr a Brighton win ?.

Rome1977 mentioned my username the other day n it got me thinking about all the games what was memorable to me not the finals but certain games . Stromsgotset we won 11 nil, my first evening n European game, also remember a certsin Paul Marriner scoring a header at anfield, in my young eyes I'd never seen anyone jump so high n bullet a header in, we played York at their ground n most of the fans in the ground were Liverpool, u could hardly move in there , also the Chelsea semi final, the only game where the hairs on my neck stood up. just bfr the start of the match a thunderous explosion of noise came from the Kop down to the stands n both sides hit the Chelsea fans in unison, I was right by the Chelsea fans n the look on their faces was priceless. plenty more I could mention but those were my favs.
