A new bid is expected by Newcastle before the weekend. As previously stated Isak will hand a transfer request in to force the move if he has to.

I fear my prediction of after the Newcastle game may be coming true ?.

Right hear me out before you starting banging the keys on your keyboard in anger haha.

Gravenberch had a good game in the deeper role on Saturday, which makes me further believe that Trent should be playing there instead. Stylistically they are not too dissimilar in the way they run with the ball, are press resistant. Trent is probably better defensively and of course his passing is far superiour.

As Robbo says Guehi deal is all but done, it will go through and Isak has just finished his interviews/ photos.

Gomez was never going to leave, regardless of the news around him wanting to go. He simply doesn't want to leave.

Always busy around this time of year ?.

So just had contact with a rep of an agency, asking for a quote to relocate a client to the North East from London. No names, no clubs were mentioned. Always the way with reps, agents are different.

Not LFC related but I reckon it has a potential impact on us, as I'm guessing its Wissa. I could be wrong tho. Hence me posting this.

The transfer window started with a bang and looks like its going to wnd with a bang ?.

SOLFP and Isak will sign in the next couple of days. We have told palace we will pay what they want and NUFC have finally decided they are willing to discuss the deal. I wouldn't be surprised if the Isak deal is done in the next 24 hours, as Carra previously mentioned and the Guehi deal over the weekend. We are cutting it close with both but it was always going to be waiting for the right moment.

Regarding the Isak deal, would it of it even been a transfer window if we didn't have a transfer saga ?.

For those asking and contrary to VG's post I still expect us to sign Isak before the window closes, I've always maintained after the NUFC game and the info I have has not changed my opinion on that.

We have been getting our ducks in a row and making sure we have adequate cover elsewhere first. We can pay what they want, I doubt it will be £150m we pay but it will be over £135m total.

Strpping away from transfers, some contract news. I know this because of the missus. Those who know, know the connection ?.

Curtis is to be offered a new contract, nothing has been discussed. He's been asked if he wants to renew, he didn't need to think about it twice. It won't happen any time soon but its in the works.

I'm made up for him, knowing the sacrifice, effort and love he has for the club. He deserves it.

Any negativity won't be tolerated ?.
