The commentary on this game is embarrassing. They are talking like Plymouth are beating our best 11. None of these players start against Everton Wednesday and 10 of the 11 that will start haven't even travelled . There's half hour left yet and the commentary tators are making out like our best 11 is loosing 4-0 to Plymouth. Turning commentary off .

Im not one for sitting on my high horse or standing on a soap box but I feel I need to say this . Its 2024 and STILL players are being racially abused. Our under 18s had to walk off the pitch twice, once in consecutive games, as on eif our lads was allegedly racially abused by the crowd in Germany. These are kids, and yet they still have to tillerate it. Its disgusting and there's no room for it. I hope the player involved does not feel like this isn't worth it any more for the sake of a few uneducated, intolerant idiots.

If, as expected 115 charges FC win the league next week, Arsenal finish second and Liverpool third , I would say Liverpool have had a better season than Arsenal. They would have finished second, qualified for CL but not won a trophy , we have finished 3rd qualified for CL and won one of the two domestic cups on offer. That to me says we have had a better season. Especially as no one thought we would be in a title race going in to the end of April as we were, and in fact technically only out of it as late as yesterday. Arsenal were expected to challenge again. So all in all I think we have had the better season based on what was achieved and the expectations at the start of the season.

This is shocking. First 15 mins were excellent, there was a hope based on that start this was going to be a fast and furious attacking game . But no, after we go a goal up back to this tripe . Subjected to more of that Lijders ball rubbish we seem to like to play now. Got what we deserved out of this tie, nothing truly a shame as the coaches don't seem to see what we all can, this is not how you play football.

As the late great Meatloaf once said, two out of three ain't bad. But I still think Trent may do a U turn. Its unlikely but he may. His stance of saying nothing either way makes it more likely he will leave than stay, as saying you are going gives him a lot of flak, not saying a thing at least makes people think twice about slating the lad incase he's thinking of staying and they abuse him to the point he just leaves. Until its announced either way we don't know but, to coin a phrase, it looks like he's more out than in. If he stays its an amazing turn around, if he goes, the 2 of the 3 I thought the most important we sign have signed. I think game time will tell a story. If him and Bradley are both fit start and Bradley gets the nod then we have an answer I would say .

Im not sure wjat to make of the way we are playing right now. I think at best it can be considered controlled. It is far from the explosive attacking football of the last 5 years or so but ots working. My only concern is when we go behind will we have enough to get it back. We had one good chance yesterday and it was scored . Aside from that Everton had the better chances. Mo looks well below par, like he's basically done all he can and is need of a break. I don't know, I think i'm just worried that this may slip away if we don't start scoring more .

If reports are true and Trent has told the club he's leaving, for me he's played his last game. As if Bradley and Trent are fit by the time we play Everton then Bradley starts. Trent is a passenger now and just wants out, he's played that way for some time. The club need to announce he's leaving now ASAP so we can get on with enjoying the 20th title without that hanging over it . Its not about Trent now its much bigger than that . Its about winning the 20th. Thanks for the memories Trent but they will soon fade.

The last few weeks has shown why the club was uneasy about offering Mo a new contract the likes of which he would want to sign. he's been so flat and doesn't look like he can get out if it. If this is where he's going to be at next season then he's best off leaving in the summer .

To many passengers in the team right now. Never thought I would see us on the cusp of a league title and not really be that fussed . Out the FA Cup rather embarrassingly, out the champions league after pointlessly winning the group so well, and now having the second worst performance of the season in a cup final. Its been so bad. Arsenal will be licking there lips at this. We have to beat Everton on 2nd April or that will send alarm bells ringing. Awful performance from a tired over worked set of players. Really needed transfers in the summer and in January. I jist do notnundwrstand why there were none brought in. Should have broke the bank for the lad PSG sogned, what a player he is and he moved in January.

Ive been a big supporter of FSG bit the spend in the summer will have to be massive. Replacing Mo, Trent and Virg is a 100 million spend, then refreshing and replacing those that are not up to it, there's another 100 million.

They look so so tired. can't run can't make a pass can't shoot. They look spent. May as well bring a host of fresher players on . International break won't help as all the big guns whonarnt injured are away all over the world . Its a good job the lead is 12 points in the league as if it was a close tital race we would be caught.
