The Aston villa owner has said he/ the club rejected a £25m bid for amavi from an unnamed club. That's an astronomical figure for a left back coming off injury in the championship, it's a pretty massive figure regardless. If they are rejecting those sorts of numbers I think it's safe to say we won't be in for him at that price.

Sakho-Lovren starting for the first time together since the 3-0 win over Tottenham early last season. Allen, Benteke, Ibe starting also. Lucas, Coutinho, Skrtel, Lallana drop to the bench.
